Alicia’s love of performing began at the age of 8 when she started singing in the Australian Girls Choir. This gave her the opportunity to perform at large events such as the Melbourne Grand Prix, AFL Grand final, Melbourne Cup and the “I still call Australia home” Qantas commercial. She then went on to major in classical voice in VCE.
In 2006 Alicia joined a cabaret show performing around Australia doing impersonations of Liza Minelli, Dolly Parton and Shania Twain and others. She is still singing with The Live Radio Showband and has recently decided to try her hand at rock and has become the lead singer of 60’s and 70’s rock band Revival.
When not gigging around Melbourne, Alicia also plays the role of Edith at Titanic Theatre Restaurant, enjoys writing music for herself on her piano and her original band World’s on Fire and studies in the advanced class at Peter Sardi’s School of Acting.
Alicia’s other love is working with children. She teaches preschool music, movement and dance classes two days a week for Rhythm Factory and also entertains children around Melbourne.
