"The Magic Billabong"

 The Magic Billabong with Fairy Petunia and Pixie Pong

At the edge of the mystical fairy gardens lies “The Magic Billabong” where the beautiful Fairy Petunia & the mischievous Pixie Pong play. But that tiny tricksy Pixie has played too close to the magical waters and now everyone has blown up to the size of a giants, by Fairy standards. How will Fairy Petunia change everyone back to the Fairy size? With a little bit of Fairy magic and lots of children’s cheer!!

Join them as they plant fairy seeds throughout the forest to grow into fairy flowers, sing and dance along with their fairy songs and marvel as Pixie Pong makes your Fairy Princess birthday girl her very own set of fabulous fairy wings so she can fly just like Fairy Petunia.

There's even a fairy spell to cast with a fabulous surprise for each and every fairy and elf present on the day. Boys and girls will love this interactive musical story as it brings together Melbourne’s favourite fairy with The Magical Billabong’s naughtiest little pixie in a side-splitting fantasy romp.

The party includes:

 

  • A one hour fully interactive show put together entirely by qualified teachers (longer if requested)
  • The characters "Fairy Petunia" and "Pixie Pong" in full costume
  • A birthday present for the birthday Fairy or Pixie, and special magic fairy wings made for them by Pixie Pong with sculpting balloons. 
  • A magic trick performed within the show using one Fairy or Pixie from the audience as a special helper
  • 3 original interactive songs that the Fairies & Pixies can sing and dance along with (the performers brings their own stereo)
  • 1 game and 1 magic Fairy Spell in the garden that later results in each child finding a lollypop waiting for them in the garden.
  • Scripted dialogue, jokes and stimulating story-telling throughout
  • 1 colouring sheet for each child (the performers bring colouring pencils)
  • The price for this show is $410 (incl. GST) for one hour for up to 20 children.
  • Any extra children beyond the original 20 are charged at just $5.00 per child.
  • Any extra time requested is charged at just $55 per half hour per character ($110 per half hour for both characters).
  • This price includes balloon animals and face painting for each child for up to 10 children OR either a balloon animal or face painting for up to 20 children. If balloon animals and face painting are desired for groups over 10 children, they are charged at an extra $3.00 per child on top of the show fee.
  • Added to the price is a small travel fee to cover each of the performers for travel from our office in Hughesdale to your party then back again. The travel fee is purely to cover petrol costs, car maintenance and the time it takes the performers to get to and from your party. The amount of this travel fee varies depending on how far the actors have to travel and is included in any email or phone quote issued by Tony Bones Entertainment.
  • Large Group Pricing (60 or more children) - Extra children beyond the original 60 drop to $3.00 per child)

TONY BONES ENTERTAINMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CLIENTS

Payment & Cancellation Fees

a. Full payment is required on the day of the performance as a cash payment to the performer. Tony Bones Entertainment apologises but we do not accept cheques or credit cards.

b. The performer must be paid in full by the end of their show, thus before they leave the event.

c. Performers are unable to negotiate lowering a price. Any issues with price should be directed to Tony on 1300 308 311 before a performer leaves an event.

d. Cancellation Fees - No deposit is necessary. However once a client has "booked in" a time for a party, that time is set aside for your party exclusively, meaning that Tony Bones Entertainment will turn away other work wanting the same date and time. For this reason clients do need to be aware that there is a cancellation fee of $100 per performer if the booking is cancelled at any time after it is booked in with Tony Bones Entertainment. Furthermore, if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the event, the cancellation fee rises to the total amount quoted for the booking. A party is only deemed to be booked in when Tony Bones Entertainment staff have spoken to the client and officially "booked in" the performance, or when the client has specifically asked TBE to "book in" the party via email.
